Built in 1902 and having a compelling colour scheme, the multi-unit dwelling is located on Goltzstrasse, a street running from the Winterfeldtplatz market square with its church, St. Matthias, to the vibrant neighbourhood along its southern extension, Akazienstrasse. Within walking distance lies Heinrich-von-Kleist Park, formerly the Royal Botanical Garden along with the Royal Botanical Museum.
