I hereby notify, pursuant to Section 21(1) of the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG), that the voting interest held by me, Rainer Schorr, Breisacher Str. 11, 14195 Berlin, in ESTAVIS AG, Uhlandstr. 165, 10719 Berlin, fell below the 50% threshold on April 3, 2007, and as of that date amounts to approximately 44.16% (3,410,812 voting rights).

Of these, approximately 36.91% (2,851,421 voting rights) are attributable to me pursuant to Section 22(1), first sentence, No. 1 of the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG).

Voting rights are attributed to me from the following shareholders, each of whom holds 3% or more of the voting rights in ESTAVIS AG and whose companies are controlled by me: - Rainer Schorr Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH, Uhlandstr. 165, 10719 Berlin: approximately 36.91% (2,851,421 voting rights) pursuant to Section 22(1), sentence 1, no. 1 of the WpHG.
