The rental spaces are offered either unfurnished or fully furnished. Office furniture can be rented or purchased as required.
As an additional service, conference rooms and the spacious reception area can be booked for professional client meetings. The reception can also be used for a special fee.
The rental terms include a 7-year lease agreement with an option to extend for an additional 5 years. Floors can be rented individually or together, with the option to lease additional floors if needed.
