ACCENTRO Real Estate was awarded the Real Estate Brand Award 2023 by the EUROPEAN REAL ESTATE BRAND INSTITUTE (REB.Institute) in the category "Innovative Strength". The institute for brand management and corporate development in the European real estate industry has been empirically evaluating the positioning of corporate brands in all relevant sub-sectors and asset classes in Europe on a scientific basis for 15 years. For the tenth time, the strongest brands in the European real estate industry have now been honored with the REAL ESTATE BRAND AWARD for their achievements in brand management. We are proud to have received this special award.
In January 2023, for the first time, ACCENTRO Real Estate was awarded the "BELLEVUE BEST PROPERTY AGENT" seal. Since 2006, BELLEVUE - Europe's largest real estate magazine - has been awarding the seal of quality to recommendable real estate companies from all over the world. As the only independent seal in the real estate service provider industry, the award enjoys a considerable reputation both nationally and internationally.
Every year, "Capital Finance International" (CFI.co) - an internationally renowned business magazine - looks for market participants who can inspire with innovative business models. In July 2022, ACCENTRO Real Estate was awarded the "Best Residential Real Estate Strategy" Award for the best real estate strategy in Germany.

Together with the Institute of the German Economy, ACCENTRO has been working successfully for years on the annual Housing Cost Report to analyse rents and housing user costs for 82 major cities in Germany. In spring 2020, the already successful cooperation was expanded for the first time to include the ACCENTRO Home Ownership Report.
