Berlin, February 4, 2019 – ACCENTRO Real Estate AG is continuing its successful partnership with T&T Grundbesitz GmbH at Silbersteinstraße 45, at the corner of Hertastraße. The “COLORS NEUKÖLLN” project will feature 33 high-quality one- to four-room apartments ranging from approximately 25 to 124 square meters across six floors. Most of these apartments are barrier-free and feature one or two balconies. On the penthouse level, three penthouse apartments ranging from 70 to 124 square meters in size—with two to four rooms—are being built, along with terraces offering a fantastic view over the rooftops of Berlin. Completion is scheduled for spring 2020.
