Berlin, February 24, 2023 – ACCENTRO CEO Lars Schriewer was appointed today to the Federal Economic Senate. The Federal Economic Senate is the council of excellence of the Association of Small and Medium-Sized Businesses (BVMW). Its members include numerous “hidden champions” and global market leaders, as well as outstanding figures from the worlds of science and culture. The 350 Senate members generate annual revenue of approximately 120 billion euros and are responsible for 1.2 million employees.
Christoph Ahlhaus, Secretary General of the Federal Economic Senate and former First Mayor of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg, paid tribute to Schriewer in his laudatory speech: “Throughout his career at numerous publicly traded companies, Lars Schriewer has consistently provided progressive impetus, thereby helping to foster their performance and innovative strength in particular.
