All voting rights (131,217 shares) are attributable to INVESCO PLC (formerly AMVESCAP PLC) pursuant to Section 22(1), sentence 1, no. 6 of the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG) in conjunction with sentences 2 and 3 of the WpHG.
