This classic historic building on Osloer Straße is a mixed-use residential and commercial property with 26 residential and 3 commercial units, built in 1910. The main building and side wing feature four floors of generously sized 1- to 5-room apartments ranging from 43 to 163 m². The roof is currently being expanded by an additional 377 m². In the fall of 2018, the facade was given a light, attractive color scheme, and the street-facing balconies as well as the double-hung wooden windows were refurbished.
