Information on Berlin’s -Rent Cap- Rent Control Measure

Please note, however, that Berlin’s new law re-regulating the statutory provisions governing rent ceilings (MietenWoG Bln; hereinafter -the Rent Cap-) became effective on 23 February 2020.
