Berlin, February 25, 2020 – ACCENTRO Real Estate AG has acquired a total of 115 residential units in Berlin. The purchase price is 23.9 million euros. In addition, another 113 apartments in the Berlin metropolitan area have already been notarized for a total of 16.35 million euros. Additional properties in Cologne, Bonn, and Krefeld, totaling approximately 7 million euros, will be integrated into the overall portfolio in the first half of 2020.
