Berlin, December 22, 2017 – ACCENTRO Real EstateAG (WKN: A0KFKB, ISIN: DE000A0KFKB3), Berlin, has acquired seven apartment buildings with a total of 186 residential units in prime locations in Berlin.
“These latest acquisitions demonstrate that we are successfully operating in a highly competitive residential real estate market and consistently expanding our privatization portfolio. All properties are in good condition and, thanks to their excellent locations in Berlin, are equally suitable for owner-occupiers and investors,” explains Jacopo Mingazzini, CEO of ACCENTRO Real Estate AG.
In total, ACCENTRO acquired 1,346 units in 23 transactions in 2017 for 160.62 million euros. In addition to its core market of Berlin, the company focused its acquisitions on Leipzig, Hanover, and Cologne.
“In addition to acquiring existing properties, we are also expanding into new construction. Here, we rely on partnerships with experienced developers who bring a high level of technical expertise to the table. Our sales strength complements these joint ventures. Following the first very successfully marketed project in Neukölln, we are now realizing a follow-up project with 34 units—again in Neukölln—with the same partner. Further joint ventures are in the works,” Mingazzini continues.
