Berlin, March 24, 2020 – ACCENTRO Real Estate AG has acquired 190 residential units in Potsdam and the Leipzig area. The total purchase price is 9.1 million euros. With this acquisition, ACCENTRO now has a portfolio of approximately 2,430 residential units. The majority of the newly acquired apartments are to be sold to owner-occupiers and investors in the medium to long term.
