Purchase of 73 units in sought-after locations in Berlin

Divided Privatization Portfolio
Berlin, December 6, 2021 – ACCENTRO Real Estate AG (“ACCENTRO”), a residential real estate investor and Germany’s leading residential privatization company, has acquired 73 units in Berlin that have already been legally subdivided from an institutional investor. The real estate portfolio is located in sought-after areas in the districts of Charlottenburg, Wedding, and Friedrichshain. The leasable area totals approximately 5,900 square meters. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
