Berlin, May 3, 2018 – ACCENTRO Real EstateAG (WKN: A0KFKB, ISIN: DE000A0KFKB3), Berlin, has entered into a purchase agreement to acquire a residential portfolio in a prime location in Berlin. The purchase price is 56 million euros. The portfolio is intended for residential privatization.
