Berlin, September 20, 2019 – ACCENTRO Real Estate AG (WKN: A0KFKB, ISIN: DE000A0KFKB3), Berlin, today signed a purchase agreement for the acquisition of a residential portfolio with new-construction potential in Upper Bavaria for a purchase price of over 50 million. The transfer of title to the properties will take place largely on December 31, 2019, following full payment of the purchase price.
