Berlin, May 3, 2018 – ACCENTRO Real EstateAG (WKN: A0KFKB, ISIN: DE000A0KFKB3), Berlin, a leader in residential privatization in Germany, has signed a purchase agreement to acquire a unique residential complex in Berlin. The purchase price is 56 million euros. The rental units will be added to the privatization portfolio. With this move, ACCENTRO is strengthening its position in one of Germany’s most attractive residential real estate markets. Sales are scheduled to begin in fiscal year 2019.
