Berlin, November 10, 2021 – ACCENTRO Real EstateAG (“Accentro”), a residential real estate investor and Germany’s leading residential privatization company, and Immobilien Scout GmbH (“ImmoScout24”) are combining their strengths in the marketing and sales of residential real estate. To this end, both companies have agreed to a strategic partnership, which was signed today in Berlin. The collaboration is designed to be long-term.
As part of their strategic partnership, ACCENTRO and ImmoScout24 will work together in the future to identify residential properties for joint marketing. Accentro offers owner companies guaranteed purchase agreements for marketing and sales. ImmoScout24 will handle all digital marketing for the properties exclusively as part of a comprehensive service package. Germany’s leading online real estate marketplace provides access to more than 20 million users monthly via its website or app.

Under a purchase agreement, Accentro takes on the marketing of residential portfolios from investors or project developers on an exclusive basis. In return, Accentro guarantees to purchase the apartments into its own portfolio at a fixed price if they cannot be sold to third parties within a specified period.
ImmoScout24 is responsible for the entire online marketing strategy for the projects, ranging from the creation of property listings and the development of websites (microsites) to placement on Germany’s largest online real estate marketplace, the selection of appropriate special advertising formats, and marketing on social media. These services are provided by the internal media unit as an in-house agency—a concept that ImmoScout24 has been successfully offering to project developers and major clients under the label FSK (Full-Service Concept) for some time now.
