Berlin, August 14, 2020 – ACCENTRO GmbH is launching the sale of 98 unique condominiums and commercial units in the historic Riehmers Hofgarten complex, which ranks among Berlin’s 100 most significant buildings.
The apartments and commercial units in the historic building, as well as the exclusive new-construction penthouses, range in size from 21 to 301 square meters and feature two to nine rooms. All renovated apartments offer generous ceiling heights, stucco elements, parquet or hardwood floors, and high-quality bathrooms; some are accessible by elevator. Measures already completed include the renovation of the building’s plumbing systems, the installation of elevators, and modern doorbell and mailbox systems. In addition to existing parking spaces in the underground garage, ACCENTRO is also creating bicycle parking spaces in the courtyard as well as stroller parking spaces.
