Berlin, December 28, 2016 – ACCENTRO Real EstateAG (WKN: A0KFKB, ISIN: DE000A0KFKB3), Berlin, is acquiring all shares in Magnus Siebte Immobilienbesitz und Verwaltungs GmbH and, with them, a 94.1 percent stake in the Gehrenseestraße project development in Berlin from Münchener Baugesellschaft mbH. In return, ACCENTRO is transferring approximately 53.08 percent of its shares in Magnus-Relda Holding IV GmbH, which holds significant portions of its remaining portfolio (3,073 apartments).
