Berlin, October 5, 2017 – ACCENTRO Real EstateAG (WKN: A0KFKB, ISIN DE000A0KFKB3) has purchased and sold residential real estate for nearly 79 million euros. A residential real estate portfolio comprising a total of eight properties was sold to a family office for 43.78 million euros. The portfolio consists of 259 residential units and is located in southeast Berlin. In the Berlin districts of Mitte and Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg, as well as in Hanover, 240 residential units were purchased for 35.31 million euros.
“We have excellent market access in our home market of Berlin and are able to acquire portfolios on a large scale despite a shortage of supply. At the same time, we are taking advantage of the market situation to make selective sales,” explains Jacopo Mingazzini, CEO of ACCENTRO Real Estate AG. “Berlin will remain our primary market in the future.
In addition, we are taking advantage of opportunities outside Berlin, such as this latest one in Hanover, the capital of Lower Saxony,” said Mingazzini.
