Berlin, June 3, 2021 – At its meeting today, the Supervisory Board of ACCENTRO Real Estate AG reached a mutual agreement with Hans-Peter Kneip, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), that Mr. Kneip will step down from the Executive Board as of June 30, 2021, for personal reasons. The Supervisory Board has temporarily transferred responsibility for the finance portfolio to CEO Lars Schriewer. The process of finding a successor has already begun.
