Berlin, November 2, 2018 – ACCENTRO Real Estate AG, Germany’s leading company in residential privatization, is continuing to expand its operations nationwide. The company is establishing ACCENTRO Rhein-Ruhr GmbH and opening a branch office in Oberhausen. For the newly founded company, ACCENTRO Real Estate AG has found a local strategic partner in Ruhrwert Immobilien und Beteiligungs GmbH, which already possesses an excellent network and regional expertise in North Rhine-Westphalia. ACCENTRO Real Estate AG holds a 75 percent stake in ACCENTRO Rhein-Ruhr GmbH.
From its base in Oberhausen, ACCENTRO will drive forward its targeted acquisition of existing properties for its core business of residential privatization. Of particular interest in the Rhine-Ruhr region are the cities of Düsseldorf, Cologne/Bonn, and Münster, as well as select locations in Ruhr cities such as Bochum, Essen, Dortmund, and Duisburg.
“We see the Rhine-Ruhr metropolitan region as a highly segmented but very attractive market with considerable potential. Our previous investments in Bonn and Cologne have been very successful. We intend to build on that,” explains Jacopo Mingazzini, CEO of ACCENTRO Real Estate AG.
