Berlin, August 11, 2017 – ACCENTRO Real EstateAG (WKN: A0KFKB, ISIN: DE000A0KFKB3), Berlin, met expectations with a half-year result of EUR 5.8 million from its continuing operations. ACCENTRO therefore reaffirms its EBIT forecast of EUR 34 million for the full year 2017.

Strong Second Half Expected
“Transactions that have already been notarized or are in the pipeline will, as planned, lead to significantly higher revenue and earnings in the second half of the year than in the first half,” explains Jacopo Mingazzini, CEO of ACCENTRO Real Estate AG. “We are therefore confirming our EBIT forecast for 2017. We have succeeded in further increasing our total assets despite strong sales revenue. This is no small feat in the competitive residential real estate market.”
