ACCENTRO Increases Sales Revenue by 155 Percent

Berlin, October 7, 2021 – ACCENTRO Real Estate AG, a residential real estate investor and Germany’s leading residential privatization company, reports very successful sales figures for the first nine months of the year. The notarized sales volume more than doubled, rising significantly by 155.2% to EUR 188.6 million (previous year: EUR 73.9 million). The number of units sold showed equally dynamic growth, increasing by 132.6% to 614 units (previous year: 264 units).
The third-quarter performance was also extremely encouraging. The notarized sales volume grew by 156.4% to 72.3 million EUR (previous year: 28.2 million EUR). The number of units sold increased by 149.0% to 254 units (previous year: 102 units). September, with 123 units sold, was the strongest month for sales since 2013.

Lars Schriewer is also very confident about the future: “With the significant sales success in recent months, ACCENTRO has laid an important foundation for continued business success. We are reaffirming our forecast for 2021 and expect revenue of 170 to 200 million EUR and earnings before interest and income taxes (EBIT) of 45 to 50 million EUR. In addition, the existing sales pipeline for individual property sales is well-stocked, with an expected sales value of approximately 500 million EUR. The properties have already been legally subdivided and are therefore not subject to the Building Land Mobilization Act.”
