Berlin, February 10, 2023 – ACCENTRO Real EstateAG (“ACCENTRO”), a residential real estate investor and Germany’s leading residential privatization company, provides an update on the status of the refinancing process for the 2020/2023 bond (volume: EUR 250 million) and the 2021/2026 bond (volume: EUR 100 million).
The deadline for challenging the resolutions of the bondholders of the 2020/2023 bond resulting from the vote without a meeting held from January 5 through January 9, 2023, ends as planned at the close of business on February 13, 2023. ACCENTRO is not currently aware of any legal challenges, and ACCENTRO is working intensively to bring the refinancing transaction to a close as soon as possible. The exact date cannot yet be determined with certainty due to the organizational procedures at the competent court. Against this backdrop, ACCENTRO will not pay the interest on the 2020/2023 bond due on February 13, 2023, until the day the refinancing transaction is completed.
