Berlin, January 24, 2018 – ACCENTRO Real Estate AG (WKN: A0KFKB, ISIN: DE000A0KFKB3), Berlin, the only publicly traded company specializing in residential privatization in Germany, has successfully placed a corporate bond in the amount of 100 million euros. “The size of our current pipeline has prompted us to consider alternative financing models. We are currently evaluating the purchase of over 1,200 residential units, approximately 750 of which are in Berlin. The chosen bond enables us to rapidly implement these acquisition plans,” says Jacopo Mingazzini, CEO of ACCENTRO Real Estate AG. “We can now further accelerate the pace of expansion we’ve seen in recent years,” adds Mingazzini.
The new corporate bond has a term of three years; it was offered as part of a private placement exclusively to qualified investors. The interest rate is 3.75% p.a.
