Berlin, February 6, 2019. Based on preliminary figures now available,Accentro Real EstateAG (WKN A0KFKB, ISIN DE000A0KFKB3) expects revenue of approximately EUR 206.9 million for the 2018 fiscal year. This represents a 29.9% increase over the prior year’s figure of EUR 159.3 million and is also the highest figure in the company’s history. Earnings before interest and taxes (EBIT) will amount to approximately EUR 32.5 million (prior year: EUR 36.4 million). It is significantly influenced by delays in individual projects, with the result that the corresponding earnings contributions will be realized in subsequent periods. Consolidated net income will amount to approximately EUR 18.3 million (previous year: EUR 20.3 million). The annual report for the 2018 fiscal year will be published as planned on March 20, 2019.
