ACCENTRO now owns approximately 5,200 units, more than doubling its portfolio. The acquired real estate portfolio consists of 2,789 residential and 11 commercial units and is located in cities including Berlin, Leipzig, Halle, and Gera. With this acquisition, the company is strengthening its position in attractive locations. ACCENTRO remains committed to further growth in the future and has the necessary financial flexibility to achieve this.
