Berlin, July 16, 2018 – ACCENTRO Real Estate AG (WKN: A0KFKB, ISIN: DE000A0KFKB3), Berlin, a leader in residential privatization in Germany, has expanded its privatization portfolio by acquiring majority stakes in two real estate portfolios. The 295 units acquired consist primarily of attractive apartments in older buildings in central locations in Berlin. The total purchase price, including assumed loans for the majority stakes, amounts to approximately 40 million euros.

Expansion of the Privatization Portfolio with Residential Units in Central Locations in Berlin
The 295 apartments, with 18,607 square meters of living space, are spread across a total of 13 multi-family buildings and are primarily located in sought-after neighborhood areas. With the completion of these transactions, ACCENTRO has acquired a total of 1,528 units in 2018.
