Berlin, September 26, 2016 — ACCENTRO Real EstateAG (WKN: A0KFKB, ISIN: DE000A0KFKB3), Berlin, has acquired two residential complexes comprising a total of approximately 200 rental units for privatization through its subsidiary ACCENTRO GmbH. The properties are located in the trendy Berlin neighborhoods of Lichtenberg and Neukölln, where the rental market is experiencing strong growth. The purchase price for the portfolio is approximately 27 million euros. “The residential complexes are in very good condition and, thanks to their excellent location in Berlin, are equally suitable for both investors and owner-occupiers. With this transaction, we are further expanding our privatization portfolio,” explains Jacopo Mingazzini, Managing Director of ACCENTRO GmbH and Member of the Executive Board of ACCENTRO Real Estate AG. The deal was brokered by HPBA Real Estate Solutions, a specialist in off-market transactions, as part of an off-market deal.
