Berlin, June 25, 2018 – ACCENTRO Real EstateAG (WKN: A0KFKB, ISIN: DE000A0KFKB3), Berlin, a leader in residential privatization in Germany, has acquired an office building at Kantstraße 44/45 in Berlin-Charlottenburg. ACCENTRO will use the building, which has a total area of approximately 3,300 square meters, as its new corporate headquarters. In addition, apartments with a gross floor area of approximately 2,900 square meters can be built on the acquired property.

By purchasing our own office space, we are avoiding these rent increases. We also stand to benefit from the expected positive appreciation in value.
