Berlin, June 15, 2018 – ACCENTRO Real EstateAG (WKN: A0KFKB, ISIN: DE000A0KFKB3), Berlin, a leader in residential privatization in Germany, has acquired a stake in a residential real estate portfolio comprising 567 units through a joint venture. The 26 residential buildings, with a total area of approximately 44,000 square meters, are located in central areas of Berlin. ACCENTRO is acting as the exclusive sales partner for the entire portfolio.

Privatization Business Grows Significantly
With the completion of this transaction, ACCENTRO now has a sales portfolio totaling approximately 3,700 apartments. Of these, about 3,000 residential units are held in the company’s own inventory portfolio.
