Berlin, April 22, 2024 – ACCENTRO Real Estate AG (the “Company”) announces that the 2023 annual and consolidated financial statements will not be published in April 2024 as planned. The auditors are currently unable to complete the audit within the scheduled timeframe. A new date for the publication of the annual and consolidated financial statements will be announced in a timely manner.
The delays in the audit also mean that the Annual Shareholders’ Meeting cannot take place in June 2024 as originally planned. Here, too, the Company will announce a new date for the Annual Shareholders’ Meeting in a timely manner.
