Disclosure of Inside Information Pursuant to Article 17 of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014
Berlin, March 31, 2025 – ACCENTRO announces that, according to information received today from the auditors, the 2024 annual and consolidated financial statements and the 2023 annual and consolidated financial statements cannot be published by April 30, 2025, as planned. The reason for this is that the respective auditors for the fiscal years 2023 and 2024 must assess the Company’s going-concern assumption—which is subject to audit—in light of the agreement in principle reached last week regarding a comprehensive restructuring solution, meaning that it is no longer feasible to complete the audit by April 30, 2025.
The ACCENTRO Executive Board will announce a new date for the publication of the two annual and consolidated financial statements, as well as the date for the Annual General Meeting, in a timely manner.
