Berlin, December 3, 2025 – Following the successful implementation of the financial restructuring, the Company and Dr. Gordon Geiser have agreed, as planned and by mutual consent, that Dr. Geiser will step down from the Company’s Executive Board at the end of the year. The Executive Board and Supervisory Board thank Dr. Geiser for his outstanding work as Chief Investment Officer (CIO) and, in particular, for his tireless efforts in implementing the StaRUG.
In light of this change and to ensure a smooth transition, the Supervisory Board today appointed Mr. Stefan Hammen, effective immediately, as a full member of the Executive Board for a term of three years and named him Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
Drawing in particular on his many years of industry-specific expertise in finance, accounting, and reporting, as well as in asset management, Mr. Hammen will work alongside the current CEO, Mr. Jörg Neuß, to guide Accentro Real Estate AG through the next phase of its operational restructuring and drive forward its strategic realignment.
“We are very pleased to have gained Stefan Hammen, a proven financial expert in the real estate sector, for our Executive Board; with his many years of experience, he will guide the company into its next phase,” said Supervisory Board Chairman Dr. Nedim Cen.
“At the same time, we would like to express our thanks and appreciation to Dr. Geiser for his dedicated work over the past few years at Accentro, which has now put the company on a solid footing,” said the Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board and member of the former ad hoc group of bondholders, Mr. Paul Sisak.
