Berlin, April 13, 2026 – Dr . Nedim Cen has resigned from his position as a member and chairman of the Supervisory Board for personal reasons, effective March 31, 2026. The Executive Board and the Supervisory Board thank Dr. Cen for his valuable contribution and dedication during the company’s restructuring.
To ensure the Supervisory Board’s continued functionality, the company has initiated the judicial appointment of an additional Supervisory Board member. Following the proposal by the Executive Board and the Supervisory Board, Mr. Dariush Ghassemi-Moghadam was judicially appointed as a new member of the Supervisory Board.
Mr. Ghassemi-Moghadam is an attorney with many years of experience in banking and capital markets law as well as real estate law. Furthermore, Mr. Ghassemi-Moghadam has previously held various management positions in the banking sector, including as Chief Financial Officer. Against this backdrop, he will support Accentro Real Estate AG in its ongoing restructuring and drive forward the company’s strategic realignment.
