Berlin, September 15, 2020 – ACCENTRO Real EstateAG , Germany’s leading residential privatization company, is expanding its executive board. Effective November 16, 2020, the supervisory board has appointed Hans-Peter Kneip as CFO of ACCENTRO Real Estate AG.
The 41-year-old business administration graduate is joining from LEG Immobilien AG, where he serves as Head of Corporate Finance, Treasury, and Controlling and is also a member of the Executive Management team. He has been with LEG Immobilien AG since 2014, where he established the Corporate Finance division following the company’s initial public offering.
Prior to that, Hans-Peter Kneip was responsible for the Corporate Finance division at Berlin-based GSW Immobilien AG (now Deutsche Wohnen SE).
Before moving into the real estate industry, he spent nearly seven years in corporate and investment banking at Société Générale in Paris, London, and Frankfurt in various roles, most recently as Vice President of Equity Capital Markets and Strategic Equity Transactions.
