Berlin, January 20, 2020 — ACCENTRO Real EstateAG (WKN: A0KFKB, ISIN: DE000A0KFKB3), Berlin, announces that it is considering carrying out another capital markets transaction in the near future, possibly in the form of a bond issuance. The net proceeds from such a transaction would be used, among other things, to finance further growth and to refinance existing liabilities.
