Berlin, April 17, 2020 — In light of the ongoing restrictions on freedom of assembly due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Executive Board of Accentro Real Estate AG decided today to postpone the company’s Annual General Meeting scheduled for May 25, 2020.
The Executive Board is currently reviewing the available options for moving forward in order to balance all interests in the current situation and, in particular, to protect the health of shareholders and those responsible for conducting the Annual General Meeting to the greatest extent possible. In particular, the Board is considering making use of the legal provisions for holding a virtual Annual General Meeting, which were recently enacted by the legislature. In any case, the goal remains to hold the 2020 Annual General Meeting as soon as possible.”
