Berlin, May 15, 2020 – The Executive Board and Supervisory Board of ACCENTRO Real Estate AG (WKN: A0KFKB, ISIN: DE000A0KFKB3) have decided to propose to the Annual General Meeting that, instead of the planned dividend distribution of EUR 0.16 per share, the retained earnings for the 2019 fiscal year in the amount of EUR 113,985,262.46 be carried forward in full to new account. The suspension of the dividend is intended to support ACCENTRO Real Estate AG’s growth strategy. The company’s majority shareholder, Brookline Real Estate S.à.r.l., which currently holds approximately 83.31% of the company’s shares, supports this amendment to the proposal for the appropriation of retained earnings. The 2020 Annual General Meeting will take place on June 24, 2020, as a virtual meeting.
