Berlin, October 4, 2017 – ACCENTRO Real Estate AG (WKN: A0KFKB, ISIN DE000A0KFKB3) is selling a Berlin real estate portfolio (the so-called Bali Portfolio) for a sale price of EUR 43.78 million. Significant portions of the transaction will be recognized in earnings in the fourth quarter of 2017. ACCENTRO Real Estate AG once again confirms its earnings forecast for the 2017 fiscal year.
