Berlin, August 13, 2020 – ACCENTRO Real EstateAG , Germany’s leading residential privatization company, has sold a real estate portfolio in Rostock to a family office. The portfolio, which ACCENTRO acquired as recently as late 2018, comprises 43 units with a total area of 3,825 square meters.
The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price of the transaction.
