Berlin, January 22, 2018 – ACCENTRO Real EstateAG (WKN: A0KFKB, ISIN DE000A0KFKB3) today signed an agreement with a Berlin-based project development company with many years of experience for the sale of 75% of the shares in its wholly-owned subsidiary ACCENTRO Gehrensee GmbH, which owns a property of approximately 41,500 square meters in Berlin-Lichtenberg. ACCENTRO Real Estate AG will invest the EUR 20 million in liquidity freed up by the transaction into its core business of tenant-oriented privatization. The transaction will have a small positive impact on earnings in ACCENTRO Real Estate AG’s consolidated financial statements in 2018.
