Berlin, June 12, 2025 – The Executive Board of Accentro Real Estate AG (“Accentro”) has decided to switch from the Prime Standard to the General Standard within the Regulated Market.
To this end, the Executive Board will shortly apply to the Frankfurt Stock Exchange to revoke the admission of Accentro’s shares to the segment of the Regulated Market with additional post-admission obligations (Prime Standard). The revocation does not affect the admission of Accentro’s shares to trading on the Regulated Market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (General Standard). This move to a different segment within the Regulated Market does not restrict the tradability of the shares.
The withdrawal of listing will take effect three months after the Frankfurt Stock Exchange’s management publishes the withdrawal decision on its website (www.deutsche-boerse.com).
Due to the change in the sub-segment within the Regulated Market, the additional post-listing obligations under the Prime Standard no longer apply. However, in accordance with the bond terms and in the spirit of open and trustworthy communication with the capital market, Accentro will continue to report quarterly on its website, including in English.
