Notarized sales volume of EUR 27.3 million
Berlin, May 19, 2022 – ACCENTRO Real Estate AG, a residential real estate investor and Germany’s leading residential privatization company, achieved the second-best first-quarter sales volume in the company’s history during the first quarter of 2022, despite the challenging market environment. The notarized sales volume totaled EUR 27.3 million, with 86 units sold.
Lars Schriewer, CEO of ACCENTRO Real Estate AG, remains confident about the full year 2022 despite current market conditions: “Interest in residential real estate remains high. As a result, we were able to achieve our second-best first-quarter sales volume despite rising mortgage rates. This met our expectations. With our strong sales pipeline—which, in the individual privatization segment alone, comprised approximately EUR 330 million in sales volume as of the end of March 2022—along with our growing rental portfolio, our services business, and our partnership with ImmoScout24, our business model offers significant growth potential.”
