The purchase agreement for the acquisition of the real estate manager was signed today. This strategic acquisition supports ACCENTRO’s continued growth and the expansion of its real estate portfolio. DIM Holding AG is one of Germany’s leading real estate managers, with approximately 2.8 billion euros in assets under management. The company manages approximately 18,500 residential units with a total area of approximately 1.4 million square meters; it employs approximately 130 people and has seven locations in Germany.
