Berlin, March 18, 2020 – Jacopo Mingazzini is leaving the company at his own request to pursue other opportunities. He had served as the company’s sole CEO since March 2012. He founded ACCENTRO GmbH, now a wholly owned subsidiary of the company, in 1999. Jacopo Mingazzini will remain associated with the company as a consultant. In addition, he is expected to become a member of the Supervisory Board after a two-year cooling-off period.
“We deeply regret Mr. Mingazzini’s departure, but we respect his desire for a change. The company has performed exceptionally well under his leadership, and our collaboration with the Supervisory Board has always been very constructive and pleasant,” said Axel Harloff, Chairman of the company’s Supervisory Board, commenting on Mingazzini’s decision. Mr. Lars Schriewer will become the new sole CEO. He previously worked at SSN Group AG, VIVACON AG, and WESTGRUND AG, among others. “We are confident that we have found the ideal candidate to lead ACCENTRO Real Estate AG in Lars Schriewer. Our accelerated expansion strategy will benefit greatly from his experience and entrepreneurial skills,” said Axel Harloff.
