Berlin, March 18, 2020 – Jacopo Mingazzini, the company’s sole member of the Executive Board to date, is leaving the company at his own request effective March 18, 2020, to pursue other opportunities. He had served as the company’s sole member of the Executive Board since March 2012. Jacopo Mingazzini will remain associated with the company as a consultant. In addition, following a two-year cooling-off period, he is expected to become a member of the Supervisory Board, provided the Annual General Meeting approves this.
Mr. Lars Schriewer will become the new sole member of the Executive Board. He previously worked at SSN Group AG, VIVACON AG, and WESTGRUND AG, among others.
