Berlin, January 22, 2024 – On December 1, 2023, ACCENTRO Real Estate AG (the “Company”) announced that the bondholders of the 2020/2023 bond (now 2020/2026, ISIN DE000A254YS5 / WKN A254YS – the “Bond”) had approved the proposed resolution regarding amendments to the bond terms by the required majority.
All conditions for the successful implementation of the amended bond terms have been met, and they are therefore expected to take effect within the next two business days.
