Berlin, June 20, 2023 – At its meeting today,the Supervisory Board of Accentro Real Estate AG reached a mutual agreement with the company’s CEO, Mr. Lars Schriewer, to terminate his employment contract effective immediately. Mr. Schriewer has resigned from his position effective immediately for personal reasons. Effective immediately, the company’s current General Counsel, Mr. Jörg Neuss, has been appointed to the Executive Board and named Chairman of the Executive Board. Mr. Jörg Neuss will assume Mr. Schriewer’s responsibilities.
